Last up is a classic roadhouse along the old route 66 south west of Chicago. The Chicken Basket has some of the best fried chicken I have come across in a long time. I try to stop in everytime I am out in Willowbrook.

Week 41 Hockey's Back

Hockey is finally back after a one year hiatus. A ceremonial puck drop was held at the beginning of the game.

The new season brought a new goalie for the Blackhawks. It was money well spent-for 6 million bucks, Khabibulan only gave up 5 goals in the opener.

It looks like another long season. (sigh)

This series was shot with an Olympus P&S digital. I still can't quite figure when I am actually taking the shot. The framing accuracy really leaves alot to be desired, too.

Week 40 Mini golf

This week I took the boys for a round of minature golf. There were a couple colorful props at the course. I dusted off my trusty Canon QLIII 17 and some Fuji 200 color film for this weeks pictures.
